Groenkloof Hike 2020-09-06
How lucky am I to be going on another hike -
Not the best hike sadly. I had a dizzy spell in the final 500m stretch.
I need to pack a proper backpack with a snack, sugary treat and plenty of water. I cannot get woozy on the trail.
I just wish there were more trails that had fewer hills or rises - I know I would cope better.
